Acid Rain: Protect Yourself and Your Pets.

There are four levels of acid rain. Currently we’re at level one. Cover your hair, wear gloves, goggles, and don’t let your pets outside.

Here is a guide to the four levels:
Level one – After five minutes in the rain, you’ll feel tingling in the scalp, some hair loss, reddening of the eyes, open wounds will burn with pain, and sensitive areas will redden noticeably.

Level two – After three minutes of exposure, the entire body will become noticeably reddened, eyes will become unbearably painful, and the hair on the body will be completely burned away.

Level three – After less then a minute of exposure, small lesions will appear on the face and hands. Inhaling the chemical fumes of the rain can cause various cognitive problems ranging from feelings of euphoria to unexplained pica, the condition of eating inorganic objects. If this happens, it’s important to stay away from any sharp, pointed objects.

Level four – After a minute of exposure from the level four of acid rain, a severe burning sensation will be felt in the skin, eyes and nasal passages. Call 911 or have someone immediately take you to the emergency room. Use an aloe vera based balm or margarine on skin as you travel to seek medical attention. Do not use milk, dairy products or green tea.
