I’m really struggling right now. I’M HUNGRY. I’m trying to just observe my hunger and sit with it. But my mind is racing with thoughts of, “well, you did good all day, just eat food for dinner.” I’ve had 580 calories so far. I did a 45 minute spin class and 20 minutes of weights which probably burned about 350 calories total. The TV commercials for Pillsbury biscuits and El Pollo Loco aren’t helping. And there’s that leftover Halloween candy I haven’t taken back to Target yet. And my Queso Fresca Laughing Cow cheeses.
Ooooh. This is tough. Think I’ll go ahead with #4 and see where that gets me.
